::info=Before doing any troubleshooting in this section, you should make sure that you have done the troubleshooting in those articles: Troubleshooting on UR, Troubleshooting on Omron/TM as they will cover basic issues that can happen and will be asked by the Robotiq staff.
- Make sure the gripper is not being activated on a part. The activation will set the bearings or the gripper in the space, therefore, activating the gripper on a part will falsely tell the gripper that X position is the fully closed position.
- Re-do the calibration of the gripper.
