Robotiq Insights services for UR robots require the Insights URCap as well as a timed subscription.
After Installation of the URCap, you will have to pair your UR robot to your Insights online account.
As soon as the pairing is completed, the robot will have 1 month of free trial to access all features. To keep using Insights, you will need to purchase a license for the robots and activate it.

If you do not have bought any subscription license, you may contact your Robotiq product distributor or a Robotiq sales manager to get a quote.
::heading=I have already bought a license
Upon purchase, the license code is generated and included immediately on the sales order confirmation from Robotiq. It is a 25-digit alpha-numeric code that can only be used once.
If you have bought Insights from a product distributor, you will have to ask them for the code as they will have it on their Robotiq order confirmation.
