Procedure for an RMA to return a consignment

We need the client to return a unit that was loaned to them under the old consignment way.
Unless we return the unit for investigation, the clients always have to pay for shipping.
::heading=What is needed
- An SRO number. No consignment currently exists without a previously SRO. The SROs were created in advance. Find the pre-created SRO in this file.
- Return papers. Consult the procedure on how to fill the paperwork.
