The unit's LED is red or temporarily turns red during operation
::heading=Troubleshooting
- Restart the robot
- Clean the gripper and coupling's spring-loaded contacts with isopropyl alcohol
- Check if the coupling cable or connectors are broken. Try wiggling the cable and see if the LED change color
- Update to the latest URCaps (UR) or TMComponents (Omron or TM)
- Update to the latest Polyscope (UR) or TMFlow (Omron or TM)
- If you have a spare coupling, try swapping it. This will help to find if the issue is the coupling or something else
- Try the unit on the Robotiq User Interface (see how)
