Red LED on my unit

The unit's LED is red or temporarily turns red during operation

 

::heading=Troubleshooting

  • Restart the robot
  • Clean the gripper and coupling's spring-loaded contacts with isopropyl alcohol
  • Check if the coupling cable or connectors are broken. Try wiggling the cable and see if the LED change color
  • Update to the latest URCaps (UR) or TMComponents (Omron or TM)
  • Update to the latest Polyscope (UR) or TMFlow (Omron or TM)
  • If you have a spare coupling, try swapping it. This will help to find if the issue is the coupling or something else
  • Try the unit on the Robotiq User Interface (see how)
