This article describe the process of returning a product to Robotiq.

In case you ever need to return a product to Robotiq, the first step is to contact the support team (support @robotiq.com)

 

Take a look at all the required information for issuing an RMA number:

Universal Robots

(TM/OMRON)

Other robots

If not provided at first, our staff will most likely ask you to gather all or part of this information. 

A troubleshooting session might ensue if we have reasons to believe that we can help you get your Robotiq product back to work or simply to better identify the issue you are reporting.

 

Ultimately, our agent will provide you with an RMA number, a shipping procedure and all of the required documents related to customs.
